The Subaru Share The Love Event wasfounded on the belief that Subaru
owners have always given back to their communities and to the
environment. With the help of Subaru owners, nearly $20 million has been donated to charity over the last four years. At Folger Subaru of Charlotte, we also believe that it is extremely vital to give
back. So, for every new Subaruvehicle sold or leased, Subaru of America, Inc. will donate $250 to
the charity of the customer's choice, choosing from one of five Subaru
sponsored charities. The five charities are (1) American Forests, (2) ASPCA ®, (3) Make-A-Wish Foundation ®, (4) Meals On Wheels Association of America, and (5) Special Olympics.
The Meals On Wheels
Association Of America provides meals for senior citizens in
need. In 2011, Folger Subaru of Charlotte worked with locally based
Friendship Trays to serve
those in the Greater Charlotte, NC area in need through the Charlotte Meals On
Wheels program by collecting canned food items.
